Vice President Zhou Yingjie first delivered a speech。On behalf of Henan College of Urban Construction, he welcomed and thanked the leaders and guests attending the meeting, and hoped to fully discuss and seriously communicate with the leaders and experts attending the meeting based on the actual situation of the civil construction major of Henan College of Urban Construction and the problems existing in professional construction。

Chairman Wang Zhaodong delivered a speech on behalf of Henan Civil and Architectural Society。He gave a detailed introduction to the development and work tasks of the society, hoping that the society can better serve the development and academic progress of the civil construction industry in our province in the future。

In his speech, President Guo Yuancheng focused on the background, purpose and agenda of the development Forum, hoping to further promote the construction development and continuous reform of the civil construction profession through the joint efforts of everyone。 

Chief Editor Sun Baoying introduced the basic situation of Zhengzhou University Press at the conference。He hopes that through this seminar, the experts will have in-depth exchanges in professional construction, curriculum construction, textbook construction and other aspects, and put forward valuable suggestions on the publication of textbooks and academic works, which will meet the needs of national talent training and help improve the quality and level of talent training in civil engineering higher education。 

The seminar was divided into two units: special report and exchange discussion. The keynote report was chaired by Professor Guo Yuancheng, and two experts from universities and enterprises gave keynote reports respectively。Professor Ji Jing gave a detailed introduction to the background and current situation of intelligent construction, the background and foundation of professional construction, and the future development of multi-disciplinary integration and industry-university-research with the theme of "Professional Construction and Talent Cultivation Integrating the industrial advantages of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"。Dr. Ma Yueqiang, with the title of "Technology innovation of Integration of Industry and Education enables high-quality development of Enterprises", combined with the engineering practice of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group II, expounded the significance of integration of industry and education for enterprises and universities。

Professor Yang Jianzhong shared the connotation of undergraduate education in the new era, the way of first-class professional construction, and the effectiveness of civil engineering undergraduate talent training with the theme of "Focusing on the construction of new engineering"。Professor Song Shuaiqi, with the title of "Practice and Exploration of the integration of production and Education to help the training of applied talents", explained the effectiveness of the integration of production and education through examples of the college。Professor Yuan Dongliang introduced the related work of first-class professional construction。Professor Jing Xing made a report of "Exploration and Practice of Specialty Construction Characteristics Development", and introduced the relevant contents of specialty construction characteristics in more detail。Cui Qingfeng made a discussion and speech on the theme of "The size of the textbook country: Implementing the country's power in textbook construction", briefly introduced the fundamental compliance and responsibility of textbook construction, and explained the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of textbook compilation。

After the expert theme report, the participating experts had a full discussion and exchange on professional construction, curriculum construction and textbook construction, and the representatives made active speeches, and the meeting atmosphere was warm。The Higher Education Branch of Henan Civil Engineering and Architecture Society has set up a platform for mutual communication for the development of civil engineering majors in colleges and universities in the province, fully exchange experience and practices in professional construction, and improve the quality of personnel training。Other elements were also discussed。Finally, the participants visited the experimental Center of the School of Civil and Traffic Engineering of Henan Urban Construction University。
