On the afternoon of October 13, sponsored by the Henan Provincial Association of Science and Technology and hosted by the Henan Provincial Society of Civil Architecture, the "Henan Provincial Association of Science and Technology welcomes the 19th National Congress and forge ahead with the Party" Forum was held in Zhengzhou。

Cao Kui, Secretary of the Party Group of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech。Comrade Li Li, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Science and Technology Association, made a counseling report on several key issues in the party building of the society。
